Recovery Services Supervisor

Full-Time, Exempt.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide daily program operations and case management of Phase 1, Phase 2, and Sober Living participants.
Offer support to alumni, follow up to keep alumni contacts up to date, and plan alumni activities.
Train and supervise Case Manager I and peer mentors, facilitate morning meetings.
Maintain customer case records.
Coordinate services for customers.

Job Qualifications:

BS/BA in social service field/mental health field preferred; Some college course and/or Peer Support Specialist Certification with lived experience will be considered.
Minimum 1-year supervisory experience in the social service/ mental health field a must.
Experience and training in substance use disorders.
