Recovery Services Supervisor
Full-Time, Exempt.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide daily program operations and case management of Phase 1, Phase 2, and Sober Living participants.
- Offer support to alumni, follow up to keep alumni contacts up to date, and plan alumni activities.
- Train and supervise Case Manager I and peer mentors, facilitate morning meetings.
- Maintain customer case records.
- Coordinate services for customers.
Job Qualifications:
- BS/BA in social service field/mental health field preferred; Some college course and/or Peer Support Specialist Certification with lived experience will be considered.
- Minimum 1-year supervisory experience in the social service/ mental health field a must.
- Experience and training in substance use disorders.
